- Day/Night rotation
- Start times: 7 AM, 11 AM, 7 PM

Pediatric VAS experience required (e.g., HemeOnc, ICU)
Experience with pediatric to adult population

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) - Preferred for NICU
Chemotherapy Certification - Required for Oncology
Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) - Required for L&D
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Competency Exam - Required for all positions
State License Verification - Must be verified within 30 days of start date
NURSYS Verification - Required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) - Required for Psych and Behavioral Health positions

Health Requirements

Physical Exam: Required within the year of start, signed by a qualified medical professional.
Immunizations:
- Tdap, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, and TB testing required.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required, with exemptions accepted.

Background Check

A comprehensive 10-year criminal background check is required, including verification of all aliases and previous locations of residence.

References

Two professional references from the last three employers are required.
