Job Description

This role involves a rotation of days and evenings with hours of 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM, all 8-hour shifts. Weekends are required every other week from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

Graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE).
Must be currently registered to practice pharmacy in the state of Missouri.
One year of hospital pharmacy experience and EPIC experience required.

13 weeks

Certifications:
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- Tech Cert Verification - National
- Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing
- State License Verification
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Competencies:
- Color Blind Testing Online
- Competency Exam
- Core Testing (Parts I, II, III)

Health Documents Required

Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
Mask Fit Test (within 12 months of start)
TDAP vaccine (within 10 years of start)
Negative TB or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year of start)
Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella documentation
Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen (within 30 days of start)
Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation (current flu season)
COVID-19 vaccination proof is not required.

Background and History Checks

7-year criminal check (within 60 days of start)
EPLS/GSA/SAM check (within 60 days of start)
HHS/OIG check (within 60 days of start)
2 professional references required
