Job Details

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Requirements:

  • 12-hour variable shifts (days and nights)
  • Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Float Requirements: May float to any inpatient unit and other Central region locations if needed

Qualifications

• Required Certifications:

  • Wisconsin RN License
  • AHA BLS Certification
• Minimum Experience:

  • 1 year of inpatient Palliative Care preferred
  • 2 years of Medical-Surgical experience required
• Charting Experience: Epic required
• Required Skillset:

  • Medical/Surgical skill set
  • Experience in Palliative Care/Hospice is helpful

Unit Information

• Bed Size: 10 bed unit
• Patient Ratio: 2 RNs and 1 CNA per 10 patients (5:1 RN ratio)

• RADIUS RULE: Must be outside 50 miles from the facility
