Overview

Specialty: Nuclear Medicine
Location: Columbus, Indiana

Employment Type: Contract Clinician
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Position Title: PET Technologist
General Job Duties: Conduct PET oncology and cardiology exams.
Equipment Utilized:
- PET Scanner: GE
- EMR: EPIC
- RIS/PACS: Change (McKesson)

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of PET experience.
Licensures and Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) or ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) in Nuclear Medicine
- Active Nuclear Medicine license from the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) Medical Radiology Services program.

Work Schedule

No call, no holidays, and no weekends.
Will work alongside another PET Technologist.

Unit Details

Bed Size/Number of Rooms: 1 PET scanner and 2 injection rooms.
Dress Code: Any color scrubs.

Additional Information

Candidates should be prepared to discuss any required time off during the assignment.
Candidates must confirm their status (1099 or W-2).
Previous experience at Columbus Regional Health should be noted.
