Job Description
- Requires 2 or more years of experience.
- Involves working with a critical care designated multiplace hyperbaric chamber for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cases.
- Weekend, on-call, and holiday shifts are required.

Health Documents
- Physical Exam - Required within 1 year of start.
- Fit Mask - Required within 1 year of start.

- Negative TB or Chest X-Ray - Required within 1 year of start.
- Drug Testing - Negative 9 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days prior to start.
- Flu Seasonal Vaccination/Documentation - Required during flu season.
- COVID-19 Vaccination - No longer required for certain locations, but documentation is needed for tracking.
Background Checks
- 7 Year Criminal Search - Required within 30 days of start.
- EPLS/GSA/SAM - Required within 30 days of start.
- HHS/OIG - Required within 30 days of start.
- References - Two professional references required within 1 year of start.
- Employment Verification - Required for the previous 5 years of work history.
- Education Verification - Required for the highest level of education.
Additional Information
- Candidates must complete various facility-specific documents and training prior to starting.
- Uniform requirements include navy blue scrubs, with specific guidelines for different departments.
