Job Description

• Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of IR/Special procedures experience
  • RT with IR and Vascular experience
• Certifications Required:

  • ARRT
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Work Hours:

  • 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 40 hours/week
  • On-call nights/weekends, rotating with current staff
• Self-scheduling available

Responsibilities

• Special Procedures:

  • Biopsies, CVC, PICC, tunneled HD catheters, post placements, fistulograms, angiograms, paracentesis, thoracentesis, drain placements, ureteral stents, nephrostomy tubes, thrombectomies, thrombolysis, Y-90 treatments, embolizations
• Cath Lab:

  • Diagnostic and Interventions, IABP, IVUS, and IMPELLA
• Equipment Used:

  • Siemens C-Arm (single and bi-plane), GE ultrasound

Additional Requirements

• Documentation:

  • Complete and maintain all I9 documentation
  • Current and valid Driver’s License or Government Photo ID
• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
  • EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • State License Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (for RNs)
• Health Documents:

  • Physical Exam
  • Fit Mask
  • Tdap vaccine
  • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
  • Drug Testing
  • Flu Seasonal Vaccination
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
• Background Check:

  • 7-year Criminal Background Check
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM

• Competency Exams:

  • Passing score required for competency exams
