Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule Requirements

Work Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Work Hours: 7 AM to 7 PM
Call Requirements: None
Holidays: None
Weekends: Required every weekend

Minimum Experience and Certifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Certifications Required:
- ARMRIT
- BLS
- EPIC experience required

Additional Information

Patient Care: May involve caring for COVID patients.
Facility Policy: Tobacco and fragrance-free facility.
RTO (Request Time Off): Maximum of 7 days.

Compliance and Documentation Requirements

Background Checks

7-Year Criminal Background Check: Required within 30 days of start.
PA FBI Fingerprinting: Required within 1 year of start; candidates can start with results pending but must have results on file within 45 days.
EPLS/GSA/SAM Check: Required within 30 days of start.
HHS/OIG Check: Required within 30 days of start.

Health Documents

Physical Exam: Required within 90 days of start, signed by a qualified medical professional.
Vaccinations:
- TDAP vaccine (within 10 years)
- Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (within 90 days)
- Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella vaccinations or positive titers required.
- Hepatitis B vaccination or declination required.
- COVID-19 vaccination or exemption required.
- Flu vaccination required during flu season.

Certifications and Competencies

ACLS, BLS, PALS: Required as applicable.
Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam: Required for RNs, except OR.
Tech Cert Verification: National certification required as applicable.

References and Education

Professional References: 2 required within 3 years of start.
Education Verification: Required for all clinical assignments.

Additional Notes

Candidates must review and sign various facility-specific documents, including commitments to health and wellness, code of conduct, confidentiality agreements, and non-employee affidavits.
Learning Management System (LMS) modules are required for RNs and CNAs, to be completed by a specified deadline.
