Job Description

• Position for a CT Tech with a preference for Toshiba or GE experience.
• Shifts: Variable (8 AM - 8 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, 11 AM - 11 PM)
• Hours: 40 hours/week (hours not guaranteed)
• Weekends: Every 4th weekend
• Holidays: Yes

• ARRT CT
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Required Credentials

• BLS Certification: Must be active at the time of the candidate's start date.
• ARRT Certification: Required.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Required or declinations accepted.
• MMR Vaccine: Proof of vaccination or positive titer required.
• Influenza Vaccine: Required from November 1 through April 30; no declinations accepted (medical/religious exemptions allowed if approved).
• TB Test: Negative T-spot or QuantiFERON preferred within the last 6 months, or completion of 2 negative skin tests within the last 6 months.

• Munson Drug Screen: Results within 90 days prior to start will be accepted.

• Professional References: Minimum of 2 professional references required (attestations not acceptable).
• Criminal Background Check: Results within 90 days prior to start required.
• Education Verification: Third-party verification or diploma required.
• Employment Verification: Previous 2 years required (attestations not acceptable).
• OIG Search: Results within 90 days prior to start required.
• OFAC: Results within 90 days prior to start required.
• National Sex Offender Search: Results within 90 days prior to start required.
• I9 Form: Actual I9 form must be uploaded or Munson I9 Attestation submitted.
