Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Assignment Details

Start Date: By 3/31 preferred
Contract Length: 16 weeks preferred, but 13 weeks will be considered
Rotation: RN will rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, transition (no post-partum)

Required Certifications

NIHSS
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
Chemotherapy Certification (as applicable)
State License Verification
NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
Drug Testing
Background Check

Additional Requirements

Health Documents:
- Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
- N95 Fit Test (within 1 year of start)
- TB Questionnaire
- Vaccinations (TDAP, Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella)
- Flu Vaccination or Agency Declination (October 1 - March 31)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (preferred but not required)
History Requirements:
- 2 References (within 3 years)
- Copy of Resume/Application
- Skills Checklist
- Transcript/Diploma (required for RN/Labor & Delivery)
- State Specific Searches (Texas Department of Public Safety, Aging & Disability Services)
