• Requirements:

  • ACLS/BLS & NIH certification required.
  • Float required.
  • Resume must include EPIC usage for the last 12 months.
  • RTO (Request Time Off) due at the time of submission; only accepting a maximum of 7 days.
  • Must have 2+ years of recent RN experience.
  • No block schedule requests.
  • Solid black scrubs required.
  • Must have a nursing degree from an accredited program (ACEN or CCNE).

• 13 weeks

Required Credentials

• COVID-19 Vaccine: Fully vaccinated (2 doses if applicable). Medical or Religious Exemptions approved on a case-by-case basis.
• MMR: Titer or 2 adult MMR vaccines required. Negative titer requires two boosters.
• Hepatitis B: Titer or proof of complete vaccines required. Negative titer will require 2 boosters.
• Influenza Vaccine: Required by all travelers from September to April.
• PPD/IGRA: 2 Negative PPDs or Negative Q-Gold/Tspot required.
• Varicella: Titer or 2 adult vaccines required.
• Tdap: Must be within 10 years of start.
• Annual TB Questionnaire: Completed, signed, and dated.
• Drug Screen: Negative 10 panel drug screen within 30 days of start.
• Background Check: Comprehensive background check required.
• Education Verification: Required for all candidates.
• Fingerprint Clearance: Ohio FBI and BCI Fingerprint Attestations required within 12 months of start.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications: Required for all nurses.
• NIH Certification: Required to be completed through approved platforms.
• Competency Exams: Unit specific competency exam required.
• Skills Checklist: Unit specific skills checklist to be completed.
• Core Competencies: HIPAA, Joint Commission - NPSG, OSHA topics required within 90 days of start.
