Job Description

McLaren Northern has a strict attendance policy:
- Any RN contractor who is absent from a scheduled shift or is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled shift 3 times will be terminated immediately.
- Exceptions for communicable diseases or hospitalization will be reviewed with supporting evidence.
- Policy effective from June 1, 2024.

Requirements

Experience:
- Previous OB leadership experience (Required)
- Experience with Newborns, Pediatric, and Adults (Required)
Certifications:
- BLS (Required)
- PALS (Required)
- ACLS (Preferred)
