Overview

• Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (3 shifts a week – 36 hours)
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW)

Job Description

• Seeking an experienced RN with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department (ED) environment.
• Required to provide two professional references.

Required Licenses and Certifications

• RN License: Must be verified through Nursys.
• Certifications:

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Additional Requirements

• Driver's License/State ID: Required for onboarding.
• Drug Screening: Minimum 10-panel drug test required.
• Color-blind Test: Must be completed annually.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccination or declination required.
• MMR Vaccine: Proof of vaccination or positive titer showing immunity required.
• Fit Test: Annual respirator fit test required.
• Hepatitis B Vaccine: Required; declinations not accepted.
• Influenza Vaccine: Required from October 1 to May 31; declinations not accepted.
• TB Test: Required.
• Varicella Vaccine: Proof of vaccination or titer required.
• Tdap Vaccine: Required; declinations not accepted.
• Physical/Health Statement: Must be completed annually.
• National Criminal Background Check: Required within one year of start date.

Testing and Assessments

• Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam: Must score 80% or higher.
• Prime Basic Rhythm Interpretation Screening: Must score 80% or higher.
• Prime Core Competencies Exam: Must score 80% or higher.
• Prime Specialty Exam: Must score 80% or higher.

Documentation

• Prime Orientation Packet: Must be completed and submitted.
• Prime Resume: Required for submission.
• Prime References: Two references required for submission.
• Name Verification Affidavit: Required for any name discrepancies.

Additional Information

• A clear headshot photo may be required for onboarding.
• Agency attestation accepted for employment eligibility verification.
