Job Opportunity: RN PACU

Overview

• Schedule: 3x12 hours, shifts between 6 AM – 11 PM; 1-2 weekends per month

Required Credentials and Certifications

1. BLS Certification: AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military accepted.
2. License/Certificate Verification: Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date. MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
3. Fit Test: N95 fit test required within 365 days of start date, updated annually.
4. MGB Medication Exam: 80% passing score required within 365 days.
5. COVID-19 Vaccine: Completed primary series or up-to-date vaccine required; no exemptions considered.
6. MMR Vaccination: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity via blood test.
7. Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30); no exemptions considered.
8. TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of start date.
9. Health Statement: Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date.
10. MGB Criminal Background Check: Required within 45 days prior to start date.
11. MGB Massachusetts CORI: Attestation required within 30 days prior to start date.
12. MGB Resume: Must include past 7 years of work experience with city & state.
13. MGB Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
14. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required upon acceptance of assignment.
15. Education Verification: Must verify highest level of education achieved.
16. MGB SSN Trace: Must list addresses/aliases for the past 7 years.
17. MGB National Sex Offender Check: Required within 30 days of start and annually.
18. MGB Exclusion Checks: Required within 30 days of start and annually.
19. MGB TB Symptom Survey: Required if positive PPD.
