Job Description

• Position: MRI Tech
• Shift: 4x10 Nights (20:00-06:30) - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• On-Call Requirement: No
• Weekend Requirement: No
• Experience Required: 1 year
• First-Timers Accepted: Yes
• Floating Requirement: Yes, within facility and scope of care
• Local Candidates: Not accepted (must live at least 50 miles from the facility)
• Pending State License: Accepted
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Special Requirements

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ARRT MR (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Magnetic Resonance)
  • Siemens equipment experience required
• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Outpatient/Inpatient, ER, Level 1 Trauma, Teaching hospital, community hospital, NICU, Adult ICU
  • Skills in abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, breast, spine, musculoskeletal imaging, and various MRI techniques (CINE, Diffusion, Gradient Echo Imaging, etc.)
• Software Proficiency: Prefer applicants familiar with two of the three software systems used at the facility.
