Job Opportunity: Radiology Technician

Employment Details

Employment Type: LTA (Long-Term Assignment)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift:
- Day shift: 07:30 - 16:00 (Monday to Friday)
- Night call shifts: 16:30 - 07:00 (2-3 shifts per contract)
- Weekend call shifts: First call 07:00 Saturday - 23:00 Sunday or Second call 07:00 - 17:00 Saturday and Sunday

Required Credentials and Certifications

Registered AART
BLS Certification: Required for all direct patient care personnel.
License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start.
COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required.
Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required for the flu season (10/1/2024 - 4/30/2025).
Hepatitis B Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required.
Tdap Vaccine: Current, non-expired vaccine required.
Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from an exam within the last year confirming fitness to work.
Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire
Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen: Must be completed within 30 days of start date.
Trinity Code of Conduct Form: Must be signed and on file.
Trinity Confidentiality Agreement: Must be signed and on file.
Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form: Must be signed and on file.
Trinity Education Verification: Verification of highest level of academic education required.
Trinity Criminal Background Check: Must be dated within 30 days of start.
Trinity EPLS and GSA/OIG Checks: Must be dated within 30 days of start.
Trinity NSO Check: Must be dated within 30 days of start.

Additional Information

Resume and Skills Checklist: Must be submitted within a year.
Professional References: Two references required.
Trinity System Access Form: Must be completed and uploaded as soon as possible.
