Job Description
The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care services with a focus on pulmonary function testing and initiation of CPAP devices.
- Supporting requests for the continued supply of durable medical equipment (DME) such as oxygen concentrators and nebulizers.
- Assisting in training patients on the use of inhalers.
- Setting up patients with DME equipment.
- Collaborating closely with physicians.
Requirements
- Certification: RRT - Required
- Experience: 1 year of hospital or physician office experience - Required
- Skills: Computer literacy - Required
