Number of Beds: 100
Staffing:
- 1 Full-Time Speech Therapist daily
- Additional 4 PRNs for weekend rotations
Shifts:
- Day Shift only
- Night Shift: Not Applicable
Type of Equipment: Adult Modified Barium Swallow (MBS)
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech, TIMS

Skill Requirements

Must-Have Skills:

Independent with adult MBS

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tracheostomy and Passy-Muir Valve (PMV)
NICU experience

Typical Procedures

Adult swallow/language assessments and treatments
Cognitive evaluations and treatments
Inpatient/Outpatient MBS

Personality Fit

Organized

Required Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC

Floating Areas

Inpatient: ICU, PCU, MST, MBS
Outpatient: MBS only

Dress Code

Scrub Color/Attire: Hunter Green

Additional Information

Weekend Calls: At least once a month, 2 holidays per year.
