Trauma Center Level: L1 Trauma Center
Designations: Comprehensive Stroke Center, Magnet Designation

Job Description

The Nuclear Medicine department includes:
- 3 Inpatient rooms
- 3 Outpatient rooms
Travelers should expect to float between inpatient and outpatient settings as needed.
Support available while on contract includes:
- Unit coordinator
- Staff Technologists
- Radiologic Technologists (RT)
- Hospitalist (available 24/7)
Charting and equipment used:
- EPIC
- GE Nuclear Cameras
- Spect CT and Spect
Orientation: 1 shift of orientation to learn the flow of the unit.
Dress Code: Caribbean blue scrubs required.
Personal Grooming: No artificial fingernails or extenders allowed during direct patient contact. Natural nail tips must be kept less than 1/4 inch long.
Parking: Free parking available onsite.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Nuclear Medicine
- Previous travel experience
Certifications:
- Active BLS (AHA)
- ARRT or NMTCB
- IEMA (IL)
Technical Skills:
- Experience with EPIC
