Job Description

The position involves working in a well-supported CT department equipped with a mix of Siemens and GE CT scanners.

Required Credentials

1. BLS Certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military)
2. ARRT Certification
3. License/Certificate Verification (Primary Source Verification required)
4. COVID-19 Vaccine (Completed primary series or up-to-date vaccination required)
5. MMR Vaccination (Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity)
6. Influenza Vaccine (Required during flu season)
7. TB Test (Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test)
8. Health Statement (Physician statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA)
9. Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation
10. MGB Criminal Background Check
11. MGB Massachusetts CORI
12. MGB Resume (Include past 7 years of work experience)
13. MGB References (Minimum of 2 references, including 1 supervisor)
