Job Description

• Orientation: Bi-Weekly Orientation. Must start after 03/23/25.
• Certifications Required:

  • BLS-AHA
  • ARRT(R) with advanced certification in one of the following:

    • Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI)
    • Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV)
    • Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI)

Responsibilities

• Floating: Required for all resources. If the census is low, staff may be floated to other hospital departments within their skill set.
• On Call: 1 night/week (5:30 PM - 7 AM) & 1 weekend/month (Fri-Mon 5:30 PM - 7 AM). Holidays as needed.

Additional Information

• Time Off Policy: Travelers requesting time off during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
  • TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
  • EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
  • NIH Stroke Certification
  • CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
• Health Documents:

  • Physical Exam
  • Negative TB or Chest X-Ray
  • TB Questionnaire
  • Vaccination Records (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, etc.)
  • Drug Testing
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Records

Background Check and References

• Background Check: Required to be completed within 45 days of start.
• References: 2 supervisory references required, completed within 3 years of start date.
