Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Overview

Specialty: CT Technologist
Location: Newton, Massachusetts
Facility: Newton-Wellesley Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday Overnight (7 PM - 7 AM)

Requirements

Health and Safety Credentials

COVID-19 Vaccine: Completed primary series or up-to-date vaccination required. No exemptions or waivers accepted.
MMR Vaccination: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine, or proof of immunity via blood test.
Hepatitis B: Record of three vaccines or proof of immunity via blood test (optional).
Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (September 15 - April 30). No exemptions or waivers accepted.
TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of start date.
Health Statement: Signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
Tdap Vaccine: Preferred if administered within the last 10 years.

Professional Credentials

Criminal Background Check: Must include past 7 years of residency, employment, and education.
Massachusetts CORI: Attestation required, ran within 30 days prior to start date.
Resume: Include past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
References: Two recent references, including at least one supervisor or above.
Skills Checklist: Required for submission.
Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form: Required upon acceptance of assignment.
Education Verification: Must verify highest level of education achieved.
SSN Trace: Must list addresses/aliases for the past 7 years.
National Sex Offender Check: Ran within 30 days of start and annually.
Exclusion Checks: Search OIG, GSA, and MassHealth & NH Medicaid exclusion lists.

Certifications

BLS Certification: Must be from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.
License/Certificate Verification: Primary source verification required within 30 days of start date.
ARRT Certification: Required.

Additional Information

Fit Test Record: Attestation required as part of the Respirator Medical Clearance.
TB Symptom Survey: To be completed prior to start and updated annually if applicable.
