Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Oncology Service Line

Location

City: York, Maine
Facility: York Hospital

Employment Details

Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week
- 4 days per week, 9 hours per day
- Shift: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Variable days with occasional weekend shifts

Job Description

York Hospital is seeking a registered nurse for the Oncology Service line. Responsibilities include:

Providing care for chemotherapy and infusion patients
Conducting physician office visits
Potential travel to three sites: York, Kittery, and Wells

Requirements

Certifications:
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certifications required
- OCN certification is a plus
Vaccination: Flu vaccination is required by the State of Maine

Additional Information

Proper completion of timecards is essential; improperly filled timecards will be rejected.
BLS/BCLS certification is required.
