Able to assess med surg level patients and alert Charge RN / Manager / Rapid Response / Provider when acuity level changes
Good communication
On time for work shifts
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Schedule information

Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts a pay period
Must clock out and in for Meal breaks
Must clock in no earlier than 0638 or 1838 depending on shift

Unit specific information

Unit guidelines: Attend huddles at 0650 AM shift or 1850 PM shift
Must follow HCA policies.
