Job details

In this position, you will be an important member of the patient care team.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for management and delivery of patient care to assigned patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Provides direct patient care, delegates/assigns responsibility as appropriate to others, and serves as leader of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with and under the direction of the attending physician.
MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE!
Procedural sedation experience required.
Experience with AM admissions/blocks and recovery required.

Schedule information

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.
RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better)
Must be available to work holidays as needed.

Unit specific information

Non-Billable Orientation: 8hrs
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.

Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID. Address will be validated during compliance process.
Travelers from certain counties in New York will not be considered for travel assignments at Glens Falls.
