Job details

Certified Surgical First Assist position at WIMIL WFH Elmbrook Memorial in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
Working hours: 1000-2030 with one rotating day off weekly.
Call: based on department needs, currently 1-2 week night shifts, one full weekend per 4 week schedule.
Experience required in Neuro, Robotics, Orthopedics (especially total joints), and Vascular.
Previous surgical tech experience preferred, EPIC familiarity expected.

Job requirements

Required to have a current state nursing license verification within 30 days prior to assignment.
Mandatory completion of Core Competencies and Specialty Exam.
Proven documentation of MMR and Hepatitis B vaccinations or declinations.
Influenza Vaccine required annually, with no exemptions accepted.
Fit Test must be done annually.
Valid Tdap vaccination required.

Additional Details

AHA certification for BLS mandatory.
Must provide 2 professional references prior to first assignment.
Criminal Background Check Results required before onboarding.
