Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off (Wednesday to Tuesday)

Job Description

Position: Pharmacist
Shift: Overnight
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 80
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
Call Requirements: None
Number of Openings: 1

Requirements

Licensure: Must have an Arizona Pharmacist license
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an inpatient hospital setting
Skills:
- Order entry
- Compounding
- Clinical skills (renal dosing and adjusting for body weight)
Preferred: Residency trained

Unit Information

Facility Name: HRMC
Trauma Level: III
Number of Beds: 171
Patient Population: Mixed, primarily geriatrics
Patient Ratios: Handles all patients
Equipment: Medhost (EHR)

Additional Information

Attendance Policy: Travelers are allowed one call out per contract; a second call out requires documentation and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Dress Code: Scrubs (any color), business casual preferred in lieu of scrubs; no jeans, tank tops, or holes in clothes.
