Must be AHA.
Nursing only Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs but you will still upload here.
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
Must be AHA.
Exam and answer key found in Document Library. Agency is required to give and grade the test. Score needs to be 90% or higher with only 2 attempts.
Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.

Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. If Negative titer, must have booster vaccine.
Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions/Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
At the completion of assignment, vendor partner sends survey link to contract worker to be completed within 72 hours. Survery details can be found in the document library.
