Certification details

BLS Certification required for onboarding but not for submission.
License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
Fit Test required within 365 days to start date and annually.
MGB Medication and Dysrhythmia Exam requires 80% passing score.
COVID-19 Vaccine documentation required with no exemptions considered.
MMR and Influenza Vaccine documentation required.
Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity preferred but optional.
TB Test required within 3 months of start date and updated if there is a longer than 6-month break.
Health Statement signed by a qualified professional required annually.
Tdap vaccination preferred and updated every 10 years.
