License/Certificate Verification - Required.
Fit Test - Required.
MMR - Required.
Hepatitis B - Required.
Influenza Vaccine - Required.
Varicella - Required.
Tdap - Required.
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Required.

Job details

Rotating day/night 3x12 hour shifts, surgical oncology, Some step down patients, Ratios vary from 1:4-1:5 and sometimes 1:6 on nights.

Job requirements

Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration. Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license.
Clinical Only: Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start.
Resume to include Education and Work History, 2 Professional References required within the last 2 years, and Job Application to be completed by the candidate.

Schedule information

Rotating day/night 3x12 hour shifts.

Unit specific information

surgical oncology unit with step down patients.

Additional Details

American Heart Association only. Required for clinical positions.
Fit Test to be completed within 1 year of start updated annually.
UHS Skills Checklist and UHS Competency Exam to be complete within 1 year prior to start.
Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form.
