This position is for RN Medical/Surgical at Lake West Medical Center.

Job requirements

Contract length is 12 months.
Vacancy rate at 70%, budgeted for 21.87 RN, with Actual 6.6 FTE PRN 1.9 FTE ESS 4.5 FTE, 12.7 traveler, and Open req 10.3.

Additional Details

American Heart Association certifications only.
Primary Source Verification of professional license/certification every 2 years.
Fit Test, UHS Skills Checklist, UHS Competency Exam, and Core Competencies required.
COVID-19 vaccine preferred, not required.
No temporary licenses accepted – must have a valid permanent license.
