Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Overview

Specialty: CT Technologist
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Facility: Trinity Health Oakland
Employment Type: Travel
Schedule: 0700- 8's, Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Saturday (Total of 40 hours every two weeks)
Contract Length: 12 months

Fit Test: Personal Health History
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Personal Health History
Trinity OFAC: Professional
Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire: Personal Health History
Trinity Respirator Evaluation: Personal Health History
BLS (Basic Life Support): Certification required for all direct patient care personnel
License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start
Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen: Personal Health History
Trinity Code of Conduct Form: Professional
Trinity I9: Professional
Trinity Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement: Professional
Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form: Professional
Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing: Checklist/Testing
Trinity Color Vision: Personal Health History
COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required
MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella): Proof of vaccination required
