Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Technician

Overview

Specialty: Interventional Radiology Technician
Location: Pontiac, Michigan
Facility: Trinity Health Oakland
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 12 months

Schedule

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
Call Days: 10 call days per month, which may include weekends and/or weekdays.
Call Hours:
- Weekday: 4:30 PM to 7 AM
- Weekend: Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 7 AM

Fit Test: Personal Health History
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot): Personal Health History
Trinity OFAC: Professional
Trinity Specific Covid Questionnaire: Personal Health History
Trinity Respirator Evaluation: Personal Health History
BLS Certification: Required for all direct patient care personnel
License/Certificate Verification: Must be dated within 30 days of start
Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen: Must be completed within 30 days of start
Trinity Code of Conduct Form: Professional
Trinity I9: Professional
Trinity Confidentiality of Patient and Proprietary Information Agreement: Professional
Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form: Professional
Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing: Checklist/Testing
Trinity Color Vision: Personal Health History
COVID-19 Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required
MMR: Proof of vaccination required
Hepatitis B: Proof of vaccination required
Influenza Vaccine: Proof of vaccination required
Varicella: Proof of vaccination required
Tdap: Current vaccination required
Physical/Health Statement: Documentation from an exam within the last year
