No weekend/holiday requirements
CT (ASCP) or SCT(ASCP) required

Job requirements

CT (ASCP) or SCT(ASCP) certification required
State License Verification required within 30 days of start
BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel

Additional Details

American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel. Attach scanned copy of certification (with expiration date) to candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
Must include an image of the front and back of the BLS card.
