Job details

RN CVICU position at Summa Health, Akron Campus, Ohio.
Must have 2+ years of RN experience.
Floating is required.
Resume must include EPIC experience within the last year.
RTO due at the time of submission (max 7 days).
No block schedule requests.
Scrub Color: Solid Black.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required.

Job requirements

ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification required.
Nursys license required within 30 days of start.
Must provide a valid government issued photo ID.
Copies of exams needed within the year of start with passing score of 80% or higher.
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 required by all travelers prior to start.
Titer or proof of complete vaccines for Hepatitis B and MMR required.
2 Negative PPD's or Neg Q-Gold/Tspot required.
TDap within 10 years of start required.
Negative 10 panel drug screen within 30 days of start required.

Unit specific information

Unit specific competency exam required. ECHO Sonographers need to take a clinical competency exam.

Additional Details

Must provide and carry a valid government issued photo ID.
Required to be signed by the candidate for Med/surg, tele, ER, Behavioral Health, Surgical Services, OB and Critical Care/ICU.
