Job Description
- Shift:
- Week 1: Work in the lab, Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
- Week 2: On-call daily from Monday at 3:30 PM to the following Monday at 07:00 AM (GWW only, no on-call or call-in pay)
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in general radiology
- Cath lab experience
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
- Licensure:
- Kentucky state license
Additional Credentials Required
- Current BLS card
- Current state or compact license with Primary Source Verification
- COVID-19 vaccination (declinations accepted for medical or religious reasons)
- Documentation of 2 MMR vaccinations or positive laboratory titer
- Fit Test (completed annually)
- Hepatitis B vaccination documentation or signed declination
- Influenza vaccine status
- Two negative TB skin tests or Quantiferon Gold test
- Documentation of 2 doses of varicella or positive laboratory titer
- Proof of Tdap vaccination
- Physical/Health Statement confirming capability to perform job functions
- Norton Specialty Exam (passing score of 80% or higher, updated every 3 years)
- Norton Skills Checklist (completed prior to start, updated annually)
- Standard 10 panel drug screen (completed within 12 months before start)
- Norton Background Check (completed prior to start, updated every 3 years)
- Norton Candidate Affirmation (completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance)
- Norton Employment Eligibility and I-9 documentation (completed prior to start)
- Norton Job Description acknowledgment
- Workplace Safety Module (completed prior to start, updated annually)
- Norton KY TB Risk Assessment Form (completed 90 days prior to start, updated annually)
- Norton Work History Form (facility form must be completed)
- Norton Adult Caregiver Misconduct Registry check (updated every 3 years)
