Job Description

Experience Required: LDRP experience
Schedule: Weekends included
Hours: Can be 36-hour or 48-hour position (please specify preference)

BLS Certification (AHA and ARC Acceptable)
Nursys License (Nursing only)
License/Certificate Verification (Primary Source Verification required)
CNE RI Fingerprinting (RN ONLY, must be done in RI)
CNE Skills Checklist (RNs Only)
CNE Specialty Competency Exam (RNs Only)
CNE Basic EKG Exam (RNs Only)
CNE Pharmacology Exam (RNs Only)
CNE Core Competencies (RNs Only)
BSN (Copy of diploma or transcripts required)
COVID-19 Vaccine (Proof required)
MMR Immunization (Proof required)
Fit Test (N95 mask, documentation required)
Hepatitis B Immunization (Proof required)
Influenza Vaccine (Documentation required)
Driver's License/State ID (Copy required)
2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Completed within the last year)
Varicella Immunization (Proof required)
Tdap Immunization (Proof required)
CNE Profile (Resume or Profile required)
CNE 2 Professional References (Minimum 1 Supervisory)
CNE Criminal Background Check Results (Required within 6 months)
CNE First Look Orientation Packet (All forms to be signed and uploaded)
CNE Non-Employee Confidentiality Agreement (Must be signed before start)
CNE Employment Verification (Last 5 years)
CNE Covid and Flu Policy CNE Form (Must be completed annually)
CNE Confirmation of Assignment (Required)
CNE Work Attestation (Required)
CNE Badge Photo (Neutral colored background, forward facing)
CNE Occ Health Request for Clearance Form (Required upon acceptance of offer)

Vaccination Requirements: Proof of COVID vaccine series or bivalent booster required. Medical exemptions reviewed and approved prior to start.
