Description
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- NIH Stroke Certification
- Must have at least one year’s experience with Epic EMR
- Candidates would have strong Cardiac Tele Experience as well as required to have BLS/ACLS/NIHSS - EPIC experience
- Shift: 3 x 12 hr - 36 hrs
- Locals accepted: YES if over 100 miles or 50 miles for Night shift
- Pending License accepted: No
- RTO Restrictions: ALL RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility's needs.
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Experience: 1+ yr
- Average Daily Census: 24
- Staffing Ratios 4:1
- Charting: Pyxis

- Prisma Health Floating Policy for Contracted Staff
- Prisma Health’s goal is to keep staff in their home unit. However, it is a requirement for all assignments that agency staff, regardless of unit or facility, must float to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses per request due to census concerns. Staff will only be floating to units they are qualified for and performing tasks for which competencies have already been demonstrated and documented.
- 1+ year experience with Epic EMR

- All RTO must be included at time of submission

- Cost Center/Unit Description updates are in progress. ACLS is required for the following units: RRT, CRT, Telemetry, MS/Tele, ER, Pediatric ER, all adult ICU units, CCU, Stepdown, PCU, LTACH, PACU, Cath/IR, Endoscopy, L&D, Observation Unit, and LDRP RN travelers.
- Proof of I9 or Attestation required
- Driver's License is required ASAP - this is required to set up computer access. The candidate must also carry ID while on duty.
- Everify or Attestation required
- Certification can't expire within 30 days of start and proof of completion not accepted, must have an actual card/certification to start.
