Cleveland Clinic- Akron General Hospital – Cath Lab Tech
Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked

Job requirements

ARRT Certification required
State License Verification required within 30 days of start
BLS - Basic Life Support required for all travelers, except Histology Techs
Primary source verification required within 30 days of start for NEW and EXT contracts

Additional Details

Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
