Required Skills: Inpatient/Acute care, Epic, pyxis experience

Preferred Skills: Compounding Pharmacy, Dosing – Anticoagulants, cardiac dosing, clinical dosing, geriatric dosing, high risk medications, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, psychotherapeutic management, Renal dosing, therapeutic med monitoring, warfarin dosing, Intravenous preparation – antibiotics, compounding, pre packing and sterile technique, Medication dispensing systems – Baxter, carousel system and pyxis
Additional Preferred exp: Electronic documentation, teaching hospital experience, Trauma Level 1
