Description

Physical Therapist Home Care - Needs certified Home Health Care experience and familiar with Home Care Home Base Software. Coverage area to be Roscommon, Missaukee and Wexford Counties. Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri with 1 hour lunch, Days Weekends/ Holidays/ On-Call: Occasional if medically necessary (rare and done on a volunteer basis) Required Certs/Education: Licensed Physical Therapist (Michigan), DPT EMR System: Home Care Home Base Call today for more information and to apply!

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
