Description
**HYBRID ROLE**
• Monday thru Friday 8am and as late as 6pm. EST
• On-site on a rotational basis.
• Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
• Help desk is opened Mon. – Fri. 8am to 9pm.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• MI pharm tech license
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Medicare/CMS knowledge
• Call center experience
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Part D experience
• Experience handling prior authorization requests
• CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Tech active licensed)
