General job duties and types of procedures required:
CT - General, vasular, cardiac and procedures
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept:
GE scanner, 16 slice & VCT, Vitrea, Fuji PACS, Epic - EMR, Med Rad injectors
Required skills and minimum years of experience:
Minimum 3 years as a CT Tech
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required:
ARRT, CPR, WI licensed Radiographer.
CT registry & vascular experience preferred
Shift or schedule requirements:
No call. May work alone and on weekends. Possible nights and/or weekend shifts
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept:
Level II trauma center. 24/7 service
Dress Code:
Scrubs
Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program:
New employee orientation 2 days.
Orientation for contract staff is one-on-one 2 weeks.

Wisconsin License as Radiographer
ARRT registration
CPR/BLS
CT - General, Vascular and Cardiac procedure experience
Minimum 3 years experience as CT Technologist
Does candidate require time off during assignment? If yes, please list in comments
Are you aware that the BID form and Wisconsin Caregiver check must be uploaded within 48 hours after acceptance of offer?
Is this candidate a 1099?
