OPEN SHIFT: 6:30PM-6:30am Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Required Certifications: Associate
degree or equivalent from accredited program in radiologic technology.
Certification and licensed through IEMA and ARRT required.
JobSummary: Administers ionizing radiation to patients producing diagnostic radiographs. Operates x-ray equipment, prepares patient exam room, equipment, supplies and medications. Performs technical and ancillary tasks
necessary to provide patient services per departmental and hospital policy.

Regulatory Requirements:
• Associates degree or equivalent from accredited
program in radiologic technology.
Skills:
• Ability to respond to common inquires
or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business
community.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and
divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and
decimals..
• Ability to solve practical problems and
deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished
in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
License or Certificate Required:
• Certification and licensed through IEMA
and ARRT required. CT Experience is also required.
