Gross Weekly $1,595.00 Hourly taxed $18.00 OT $58.00 Stipends $875.00 Combined Hourly $39.88
Under direct supervision by laboratory technologist, leader and/or supervisor, and according to defined protocols, performs select procedures on blood and/or other body fluids or specimens, involving manual techniques or the use of laboratory instruments and information systems. May perform phlebotomy as needed.
Requirements: Completion of an Associate Degree Program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science required. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform laboratory functions. Certification from a recognized national certifying agency (ASCP or NCA) required.
