Description

Number of Beds – 24
· Number of Staff –
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – goal is for 1 charge, 4-5 on the floor, 2 techs and 1 secretary
· Patient Ratios – 5-6:1
· EMR – Meditech
Must have:
· Med-Surg experience
· Good teamwork
Preferred or nice to have:
· Oncology/chemotherapy experience
· Hospice experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Med surg patients
· Inpatient oncology and hospice patients
Best personality Fit:
· Positive caring person who likes to work in a family atmosphere
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· BLS
Floating Area(s):
· Could be floated to other med surg areas in the hospital if not needed on the unit
