Number of Beds – 146 (64 Level 3&4, 82 Level 2)
Number of Staff – 376
Type of staff:
Day Shift – 2 charge, nurses vary by census and acuity, clerk, nurse tech in L2
Night Shift – same as day shift
Patient Ratios – varies by acuity 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
Type of equipment – All NICU equipment
EMR – Meditech & CPN List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
LP, central line placement,
Circumcision, eye exams
