Medical Solutions Pre-Screens, if clinical recommends AUTO OFFER
Basic Dysrhythmia Exam Required PRIOR to sending the contract, 2 attempts, if failed, candidate is DNU with CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months
**MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF TRAUMA LEVEL 1 EXPERIENCE; WILL SCREEN 8 MONTHS+**
**MUST HAVE CERNER EXPERIENCE, PLEASE NOTE ON RESUME UNDER WORK HISTORY TO CONFIRM HOW RECENT**
- Unit: ED / Trauma
- # beds: Acute - 36 and Subacute - 54. Trauma bays - 6 (no travelers)
- Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Preferred Certs: TNCC and ATCN
**ENPC not allowed to replace PALS Cert**
- Ratios: 1:4 ratio
- EMR: Cerner
- Charge Nurse: 2 Charge RNs - will task or have light patient load.
- Nurse Aides: 4-PCTs for sitters.
- Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per month, at unit discretion
- Scrub Color: Navy
- Tele: Phillips monitors, must be able to read strips.
- Vents: Managed by RT
- Hospitalist or Intensivists in house: Minimum of 2 MDs or as many as 8. Midlevels also utilized. Anesthesia
- IV Team: Core RNs are US trained.
- RT 24/7: Yes
- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes, Pharmacist in ER 10hrs/day
- Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 11a-11p, 1p-1a
- Floating: Float within ER.
