Description
The RN - Enterostomal shall be responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of our Enterstomal and Wound Care Program with regard to current standards of care and practice, changing technology, and identified quality improvement activities. The maintenance of clinical proficiency is a must and direct patient care may be included in this role as needed. This position may have additional duties assigned as needed.
Education / Experience: Degree in Nursing, BSN preferred. Bachelors degree required, Minimum 1 year nursing experience required.
License / Certification required: Active RN licensure required. BLS required. Enterostomal/Wound Care (WOCN) certification required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to observe, assesses, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.

Baptist Works Job ID #2008. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
