Pros
Jen is honest and upfront, so when you deal with her you have a friend that works to get you in an assignment that best works for you. She is always checking in to see how things are going and always available for any questions that you have. My Husband and I are travel RNs and are repeat offenders with Wellspring because of Jen. We have worked with a few recruiters and she is definitely one of the best!!!!
Cons
Always have had a good experience when working with Jen Barboza at Wellspring.
