Pros
Great drs and most of the staff
Cons
They do things by senority, and call rotations are on an open schedule with staff able to bump travelers weeks later if they want. Be prepared to cancel plans because now you're on call when you thought you had a 3 day weekend... great if you're a call hound, not so much if you want to travel the area.
